Walking Glitch

When I play BF2 PR mod, i just realized that usually when walk there is a graphical glitch.
So when i walk, my solider is walking normal speed but it keeps on flickering between walking and running. This affects me because hip fire and scoped aim take longer and is distracting . Is this happening just to me and how can i fix this?

Try this:
If you still have trouble run battlefield cleaner to flush out your video cache files

Still no joy?

Trash your BF2 cache files
Path:
C:\Users\'your user name here'\Documents\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\cache

Throw EVERYTHING inside the folder named cache away.
don't worry the files will be replaced with new ones when the game restarts.

Generally happens when you are playing on a server too far away, thus having high ping and/or a poor quality connection and speed. I'm assuming you're playing on UK servers so that shouldn't be the issue.
Your PC may be struggling to perform which is entirely possible on even the most upto date rigs on some of the latest maps that have been released. try lowering your gfx settings.
