Can't talk in mumble

I have Windows 7. I'm playing BF2 PR and I am using VOIP and Mumble. B is my VOIP key and M is my mumble key for Local Speech & N is my key for Squad Leader Radio, I also have the sound activated so when I press my mumble key and I am talking, it will make a sound.. I am ingame, and my mumble key doesn't work (No one can hear me and there is no sound). I press alt + tab to go back to my desktop. Now when I press my mumble keys they do make a sound, and everyone in the TG server on my team can hear me. =

How do I make it so while ingame I can press my mumble key, it makes the sound, and the people close to me can hear me?

If you have Vista or Win7 you have to run Mumble as an administrator.
I had the same problem with TS3, same fix works.
Can't remember but I might have had the same issue with Ventrilo as well.
