PR/BF2 Won't Launch.

Just decided to give PR a try again, so I installed BF2/PR. I am using a mini-image with Daemon Tools as the disc and using Windows 7 Ultimate.
When I launch PR, or BF2, it goes to a black screen as if it is initializing and then proceeds to go back to the desktop without an error message. I have tried running it in compatibility mode and as an admin. No dice.
Any ideas?

Try out with out mini image and restart PC.
