If you are editng an existing map FIRST BACK UP THE MAP, then go into the server.zip file for that map in the levels forder. Open it, go into gamemodes then find the desired layer and open the gameplayobjects.con file with notepad.
In notepad find:

CombatAreaManager.timeAllowedOutside NUMBERS

Edit the number to what you want.

If you are making your own map, in LEVEL editor select combat area and in the Resouce browser select GENERAL under combat area. Then in the tweaker bar edit TimeAllowedOutside to what you want in seconds.

can i point out that you will spawn in and find that you will be constantly OOB.

You will need to add the combat area within your editor, set either to team 1 and team 2 overlapping and missing out obvious out of bounds.

Then in your gameplayobjects.con youll be able to tweak the time or anything you need.
