Use mumble!

Infantry support badge
Transport infantry with Apcs.

Logistic Award
Build FOBs

Assault Award
Take two objectives in one round. (IE help cap a flag)

Squad Leader Award
Be the squadleader of the highest scoring squad.

Squad Member Award
Be a squadmember of the highest scoring squad.

Call of duty
Revive a team member whilst being supressed.

Seriously this can promote good teamwork, if it was possible to implement with the scoreboards of Bf2?
