[0917] Cache on Lashkar

Description:
This cache spawns in a small cave near the Taliban main which cannot be entered due to some sort of invisible wall which is part of the rock static present on Jalalabad and a ton of other maps. It seems Hans used it to make a cave with.

You can still shoot through and throw incendiaries in, you just can't get in or out. It is not a complete sheer wall, but irregular as if its a rockface meaning you can prone in one spot and request kits.

Steps to Reproduce:Walk towards this player when they spawn on the cache.

Well afaik cache spawns are selected from a list of pre-determined locations.
Either remove that particular one from the spawn list or fix the static
