Photobucket Bandwith Exceeded
On any image that was uploaded to Photobucket, I see a box instead that says "Upgrade to Pro, Bandwith Exceeded" but on my account, my bandwith is only at 3% of the max. I noticed this on some images on this site, such as on the German infantry mini preview. Any one know what this is?

It's not on your end, but on the end of the one who uploaded the image.
