problem installing pr_0917, both part 1 and 2

I have windows vista, and i am aware of the fact that for the program to run it has to be set as administrator. I have just downloaded the newest pr to date (both the 1of2 and 2of2). I fineshed the download and saved it to the desktop. All that appears now is a white sheet of paper with the details of what the file is. When i open the file it asks what i would like to open it with, in this case: Adobe reader 9.3, iTunes, Microsoft Office Picture Manager, Notepad, Windowns Calender, Windows Photo Gallery, Internet Explorer, Media Center, Microsoft Office Word, Paint, Windows Media Player, and WordPad. Of coarse, none of those will open the file to install because of the size of the file. When i attempt to put the password that PR has set up, i can find no location to put the informantion in. Before i delete the huge file i just downloaded i wanted to see if anyone had a solution. Help in this matter would be great because im not a computer wiz.
