Integrate resuscitate with Epipen
Just a small suggestion.
To free up another weapon slot for the medic, Is it able to Integrate resuscitate with the Epipen? For example, when you right click while having the Epipen out, you will resuscitate?
Kick ban blame flame kill hate laugh (at) me if this is extremely stupid to ask..
Was just wondering

Re: Integrate resuscitate with Epiphany
It's epipen.
Epiphany is a web browser. And a Christian holiday.
The (in-game) point of resuscitation to separate the bodies from other objects that might prevent revival.

not possible as far as i know, the resus is to release the player character from the ground (some times they get stuck in the ground making the epipen not work.)
Harrod200:"Fire.exe has committed an illegal operation and has been shut down"
Raniak : "Warning: May crash if fired upon."
M4sherman: "like peter pan but with tanks"

its good if doable.
but make it this way that just add resuscitate in unarmed kit.
so everybody would have resuscitate in their unarmed kit inventory.
so if your medic is maybe 40 meters away and you have man down on your position.
you can allready resuscitate the victim to safe the medics time.

Lol, Spelling check gave me the wrong word then...
Anyways, I know where the resus is used for. But if its possible to integrate it with the epipen by right mouse button for example. It would save a slot.
Example, You go to a body and you see its stuck, you take your Epipen. Press you right mouse button to resus him until he is revive-able. Then left mouse button to stick your epipen in his *** (No homo xD)..

Think it's using 7/9 atm and there really isn't anything else medics should be getting, imo at least.[R-DEV]Rudd wrote:afaik the medic doesn't need more weapon slots? iirc its not using them all atm.

Yeah, resuctiate on unarmed kit would be realistic, cause every soldier knows the basic first aid drills

Is it hardcoded to carry a wounded body somewhere?PatrickLA_CA wrote:Yeah, resuctiate on unarmed kit would be realistic, cause every soldier knows the basic first aid drills

Re: Integrate resuscitate with Epiphany
Maybe the medic could aply the epipen after ressucitation made by CPR, theres a way of the CPR unstuck the body and ressurect at the same time?
But it would be kinda weird... one CPR and the soldier is RESURRECTED?

There's no such thing by default, but it's very hard to code. So not hard coded, just very hard. There's a thread about that somewhere, where people were trying to code it - nothing came out so far though.goguapsy wrote:Is it hardcoded to carry a wounded body somewhere?
Besides, if it's even possible, it has to work good as well, otherwise it's useless.

Oh ok, so what about the OP's suggestion? I mean, this would remove the need of dropping a patch on the dead body if you could "CPR" the wounded guy and apply the epipen a few fractions of a second later...[R-DEV]AfterDune wrote:There's no such thing by default, but it's very hard to code.
