Long Map Loading Screen

I've only had PR running for about a week, and this issue probably started two days after I installed PR. When I boot my computer, I can join a server successfully once. It loads fairly quickly, and there aren't any issues. If I stay on the same server, maps continue to load and everything works fine.

However, when I switch servers, the loading bar moves extremely slowly. It may take five to ten minutes to get to about 2%, which is the longest I've been willing to wait so far. Then I have to reboot to get into a new server and avoid waiting for God-knows-how-long for the map to load.

Anyone have any suggestions for me? Only other thing I noticed was that this problem started after I downloaded anti-virus software and ran a sweep.
