Snow maps rewuire new camo both soliders and vechicles and i heard it can be real laggy also and very very long to make

We have a postcount limit on the suggestion forum for a reason -> to prevent re-suggestions like this.
Snow maps have been discussed numerous times, in fact if you search the forums for "Operation Snow Storm" you will find that there was once a snow map in PR but it was an event map only available for a short time and was a terrain based only map missing a lot of details.
The amount of work required for a genuine snow map is huge, from custom kit geoms and skins for players and vehicles right up to the sound your feet make on snow as opposed to mud/sand etc.
As such, it's not something you should expect any time soon.
