im actually making that my first static project ever. im going to attempt to cut off the top and place it in the map (or make my own... im a 3ds retard.) it may seem like nothing but its baby steps :)

Before you modify statics, I recommend asking their creators for permission. Not only is it common courtesy, but it will greatly effect whether or not the DEVs accept your map

I would make a new one from scratch as you will learn more, just use it as a reference and use textures that are already used in the map by other objects (ie, use the ME or common pallets) and dont use the Muttrah Mosque textures unless you really think its worth loading them for a tiny static like this.

And bumping this one too, because I'm really looking forward to HughJass maps :) .

I know some of them might be scrapped, no problems, just wanted infos as I saw HughJass posted recently in the GTA:V thread.
