AA BRDM (Gaskin), no water boost function.

Description:
The MEC AA BRDM (Gaskin) does not have the boost (shift) in the water like the normal BRDM's.

Steps to Reproduce:
Drive it through the water on Jabal and press shift.

Irrelevant.

Tested On:
GamingAU BigD Server 2.
