Added suppression effects to crewman/infantry standing next to Armor when firing

Suggestion:

Add suppression effects or even blurred in game sounds to infantry/crewman standing next to or close (up to 0-10 meters+/-) from heavy tanks as they fire Heat/Sabot rounds.

Might add more realistic game play - I don't have experience in the military, but from books/documentaries it seems that while an Abrams is firing infantry is not standing next to it due to the ferocious sound which is made when a shell is fired.

I do understand atm that the only way to create the effects of turning a tank off is for the crewman to hop out (or if its only a 2-man tank team the driver will hop to the .50 cal position at the top of the turret), and that players using armor use it to their advantage to hear vehicle/armor movement off in the distance.

I know that this is a modification of an existing video game. I know only so many things can be added to make it a realistic and enjoyable modification of a existing video game, but at the same time maybe it will make the driver think twice about standing right next to the tank just to hear if enemy armor is near. Or maybe it will make the infantry squad think twice about situating themselves right next to the tank when going into a flag area, and using it as a form of cover.

I am not trying to hinder anyone's gameplay or style, just thought this could be a neat added feature which could improve gameplay and gameplay sounds/suppression effects as a whole.
