Sound problem- speaker or sound card?

Help! ive got a really annoying problem. occasionally, while listening to music or when like firing a MG in PR or a helicopter rotors, i get this like buzz like the sound is stuttering. im not sure how to describe it but it happens occasionally and is quite annoying. happoens like every minute when listening to music roughly. can someone help me with this problem?

PS, also ingame sometimes when i join a server and havent gotten past the kit selection, and someone talks the sound freezes and the guys voice like is ar-ar-ar-ar-ar-ar-ar and i have to restart PR to get rid of it.

Definitly not he speakers.

I think this would be either your sound card is broken.
Or your sound drivers or DrirectSound are corrupted.

I suggest to try to update your sound drivers.
Run "chkdsk c: /r". (fixes system files)
And/Or lower the sound quality options in windows and/or ingame.

But acutally I think its a hardware fault, probably a leaking or bloated capacitor.
