If you worry about deviation too much, the other guy shoots first and kills you. If you have the time for an aimed shot at a long distance take it, just like you would irl.

I forgot to mention: first thing to do is NOT 100% settle accuracy, it is to suppress... get that blur effect on your opponent.
THEN you settle deviation and shoot the guy as his suppression effect wears off.
