Err... if you look carefully, the Russians are on the right and the Germans on the left. The overview says Russians get Jets and Attack Helicopters. So.. yeah they get their Havoc and Mig-29 (We can't tell from the overview if attack aircraft for the Russians are there.)

Yes, it may be a miscommunication due to language barrier, but it seemed as if you were saying that there you were confused that the Russians on the overview you posted didn't have the Havoc or Su-25.
