64bit CTD

Windows 7 64bit CTD on Iron Eagle, Wanda Shan, and Gaza beach. I get to about 70%+ on the load screen, then CTD. I've tried multiple servers.

CPU: Core i5 750
Memory: 4GB ddr3 ocz
Video: x1600 pro 512mb (:cry
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

I have same issue, CTD at same %ish. Around 'loading textures'.

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 x2 dual 4800+
Video: Radeon x1950 pro
RAM: 3gb
OS: win7 64bit

Alright, I've also tried

WinXP SP3 compatibility mode
Running bf2.exe in administrator
full reinstall of bf2/pr

This seems to be a pretty common problem, any ideas from the devs?
