[0957] No 3D scope for Russians

Description:
Russian scopes don't have 3D scope when scoped in. Not sure if it's intended, because changelog states:

Added 3D scopes to all handheld weapons.

Steps to Reproduce:
Grab the kit and check it.

They are 3d. Lack of blur and obscured view are intended - not a bug.
