Do I need to install the 1.41 and 1.5 Patches to play PR ?

Yes you have to install patches up to 1.5.

Install BF2
Install Battlefield 2 v1.41 patch
Install Battlefield 2 v1.5 patch
Install the latest PR Build Part1, Part2, Part3 (Currently: .95)

Another question.. if I install Patch 1.41, is it installing Patch 1.4 automaticaly ?

Ye, you only need 1.41 and 1.5, and then PR.
