With my friend =ZT= we play v0.95and i see a exceptionnel game.The Namer , the new RPG , the map ,THE SOUND etc ..etc ..

I like to tell at all people who work for the 0.95 thanks , many thanks , yesterday on teamspeak we are 15 , but i have sensation to be 50 , all speak in same time that's was fun .

What game exactly did you play tonight? We tested 8 or 9 servers and they all crashed. That is far from exceptional. These are the kind of responses that got us here.. Group think and *** kissing. The patch is terrible and I think most everyone knows it. I am putting aside my judgement on the gameplay changes. The game does not work!

I think I only crashed due to running out of memory, unrelated to PR, oh and one PB heartbeat crash too.

I tried the AAVP7 and that is Awesome! Thermals, Mk-19, a fast swimmer, I love it. I also tried the SPG-9 Techie, but we got rammed by one of many one manned Humvees on Kokan. The Mortars seem to work really well having only seen its effect on target. Tried the LT-LB on Burning Sands, no zoom for the MG, it felt like a solid transport vehicle to escort a squad (okay, I did make one bum rush at an semi abandoned FOB, but thats because a Chally flushed us out of our last position)

oh, cant forget, amazing new sounds and effects, way better! woot!

Abslolutely mate! What an awesome mod this is and it is as you say, meeting with friends, a good moment and a nice time.

I have gathered already so many good mates by playing this awesome mod and I also woke up this mourning thinking of how awesome this update is.

Now I am at work and can't wait to get back online to play tonight again.

Very good version.
I found the graphics to be crisp and bright. The sound pretty interesting, too.
I was surprised to find the drain on the computer to be about the same as older versions. (minus Burning Sands)

The content in this patch is amazing, although kind of buggy, it is impossible to get every bug before release, but there should of been more testing with more people, like a stress test.

But if we could get a patch soon that could get rid of even half of the bugs people are getting, the value of this patch would go up 3 fold.

I LOVE PR .95.

It fixed everything I hoped the devs would fix.

It gave blufor forces full gloves that covered up skin, so I could roleplay as any character of any ethnicity, white, black, hispanic, etc.

It put that forward grip on the M4 Carbine, which was something unrealistically missing in Project Reality.

The devs fixed how the red dot popped on screen before you fully scope in, and now it's fixed.

The 3D scopes are BEAUTIFUL. They are astounding.

I love the mortars, the skill it takes to use them, and how they can effectively soften up areas before an assault. I love how instead of a barrage of artillery fire in one area, the mortar fire realistically can be fired anywhere.

I love the new reloading animations, and how we can see more of the gun and the cartridge, a nice small touch that makes my day.

I love the new German Forces and their G36k which is one of the most fun guns to use IMO.

I love how Insurgents can't pick up SAW's and camp caches.

I love Kokan, which to me is my favorite map because the map layout encourages fast/furious firefights and ambushes.

Everything's great, thermal sights, the new Kiowa's.

Totally agreed, I've had an amazing 24 something hours playing the new release. Everything is really great, 3D scopes are just amazing as are Wanda Shan and Kokan, really good job. There's some really serious lag for me and many other people that I believe is associated with this new patch but I'm pretty sure its already being delved into.
Anyway, thanks a lot

Well, we could have a generic "In vehicle kit" that would be displayed when someone is in the front seats of the Humvee (Similar to how the cupola position in the vBF2 tanks.) But this would mean that once you hop in the Humvee, your normal hat and kit would disappear, being replaced by the generic "in vehicle" gear.

haha i saw you, you spawned on the FOB we built on top of the mountian, we all yelled at you in our squad for shooting =P

And some servers have been crashing half a team, so what, It dose not happen on EVERY server, just some.

Its probbably the server cant handle all the stress or something, so it boots half the players =P

Those complaining about the bugs are either new, or have forgotten how the release schedule works for PR.

They always release a major version with the expectation of having bugs. This way we can all hash out what those bugs are, and what features need to be adjusted. Consider bug testing our small contribution to such a huge (and free) project. We will have a minor release to follow this one that will focus more on fixing the current features rather then adding new ones.

Until then, don't get your panties in a bunch, file well documented bug reports, and enjoy all the amazing new features we have!

Kokan is epic fun, loads of humvees, big fields so the old 0.50 is useful that combined with the more precise cache markers has transformed insurgency for me.

Just enjoyed a quick round on Wandu Shan (sp?) we were cruising as mech inf in a VN3, we only saw a few enemies but was fun and all done in 60mins. Although no heli trans means we had to drag a logy with us.

And that German rifle (G36) is great.

Mortars are great - overview objective, rain down various mortars and attack, just hope we'll still find mortar crews in a few months time.

I have twidled my settings using this thread and CTDs are server side for me only now.
