On Jabal I saw an AAVP on "floating" mode,but the tracks sound was still there!
Is that a bug?

It is not a bug, and cannot be removed to my knowledge. All vehicles that are amphibious make the sound that they are driving on land, even when on water.

But the LAV-25 and the BMP don't have the same sounds on water and on the ground.
