[0957] strange graphics glitch

Description:
Basicly im getting some really strange flashing lights when i look in a certain direction, i noticed it the other day but i wasnt really paying much attention, this time i got it on video.

Steps to Reproduce:
face between north and north and north east, look down and walk forwards, i think it does it on every map.

Video Settings (if needed):
All high except textures and lighting, no AA.
