Me spamming again, a video this time.

Here was another project I was working on along side my days in Project Reality. They just released a video and you might be able to spot some of my stuff from this thread in there ;)

Some more basic meshes in unreal. Textures from Cgtextures. Some horrific seams.

Going to try vertex painting and all that jazz on them tomorrow.

If you are suggesting he has stolen it and claiming it to be his own you need proof. doesn't really look like anything from GTA4 to me

if you are doing something else... i really don't get it

Going off a concept or just from your head?

Either way quite a lot of complicated geometry there. Looks awesome.

I started off with a concept that i used for the stock and the majority of the parts, I got some parts that i decided to make myself though, such as the magazine on the top and the locking mechanism for it, also parts such as bolts and attachments are mostly just from my own head.
Also took inspiration from the bioshock series (such as the crossbow and the drill)
Image
The original concept

I did the model for myself really, learning effective high poly modeling and just doing the whole design workflow

Hot damn Mother, that looks almost photo-realistic! Great work on the concept and I'm sure it'll be a standout on your portfolio.

What I'm about to show isn't exactly a model or even 3D, but I'd thought it'd be nice to give people a look at my passion for raw 2D animation.

Image

It's a very small animation that's gonna be used as part of a larger motion graphics piece, of which I've sunk close to 60 hours over the past 1 1/2 weeks into.
