[0.957] Shortcut errors.

I haven't been able to play PR for a week now because whenever I try to login to the server with my account I just get an error talking about pr.exe shortcuts. I have tried running the desktop shortcuts, the pr.exe file in the mod folder and also from the vBF2 Community window. I'm running Windows 7 x64 on the following specs

AMD Phenom II X2 550
4GB DDR2 RAM
Asus M2N68-AM SE2
nVidia GT220 on Forceware 280.89
19" Acer LCD @ 1440 x 900

Any ideas anyone?
