Kokan - US Army - Commander application bug

Yes, I searched, and I found nothing.

I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed this problem, but on multiple occasions when I had applied to be commander of the US Army team, the message would send saying "You have applied to be the commander of the United States Army" and then nothing would happen. There was no commander at the time. I know it isn't only me, because my squad-mates also tried, and failed. This has not happened on any other map I've tried to be commander on, so my best guess is that it is only Kokan
