[0957] Kiowa Copilot - Default zoom state

Description:
The default zoom level on the second seats camera view is zoomed in, i don't know if this it intensional but i don't think it is.

Steps to Reproduce:
Get it the kiowa on the second seat and switch to the camera.

Also it doesn't have any stabilization whatsoever.
