Is it possible to implement the shock paddles into Project Reality Mod?
When I try to use Resuscitate in my custom maps it crashes the game, or is there a way to fix it so i can use Resuscitate in my custom maps?

Thanks in Advance.

Unless your soldiers have an irregular heartbeat then shock paddles won't help much. . .

The Epipen will revive soldiers? I didn't know that.

Yes, the epipen is PR's replacement for the shock paddles.

Resuscitate is only to "un-stuck" a player from the terrain. Sometimes, when you get shot, you're sort of "glued" to the terrain and you can't be revived. Resuscitate fires an invisible projectile which gets you "un-stuck" - after which you can be revived with the epipen :) .

Instead of starting a new thread, ill ask it here :) What exactly is in the epipen? I always assumed that it was a shot of epinephrine. I became doutful when i looked up the definition of epinephrine;
Dictionary.com
...increase heart rate, blood pressure, cardiac output, and carbohydrate metabolism.
I imagened that this would not have the typical "revibe" effect.

By the way, sorry for geting off topic.

That is what it is. Epinephrine essentially is a temporary dose of addrenaline to keep you going long enough to get to a hospital, mainly used to treat severe allergies. Then again, I could be completely off, although certainly not about the last part.

It's not totally realistic being in PR, as if you get shot in real life, you're going to need a CASVAC if you survive at all, you can't just get a thing of epinephrine shoved in you and be A-okay for combat operations again. Still, it's a heck of a lot more realistic than shock paddles, and gameplay's more important than super-realism.

Yeah, it would just make things ridiculous if you had to get a Chinook to fly in, and take you back to main to heal up every time you got shot.

Keep in mind that Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising had epipens as revive too =P, so I guess it's pretty much the new standard revive tool in games.

Hmm.. perhaps they played enough PR to steal our idea, but certainly not enough to know how to make a good game :D .

I gotta say that now a days nobody actually comes up with their own idea, everyone steals everyone's idea. Not specifically talking about the epipen, but look around you everywhere you go you see someone having the same thing but calling it something different.
