I can't get PR to recognize the mic in my headphones

I just got a new set of headphones (Samsung SHS-100V) with a mic and for some reason PR refuses to recognize it, even though it works perfectly fine and is enabled and all that jazz. What's even stranger is that I actually disabled the built in mic in my laptop to see if I could force PR to accept the new one, but it still uses the built in mic. The problem seems to have started with this new update. I threw away my old headphones because I thought the mic was broken, but now I guess that it's PR. Any ideas on how to fix this?

BF2 uses the "Default Audio Device". So make sure your headphones are "default".
