Natural effects

some games already have this...it's basically stamina...stamina degrades over time when you keep running...when in walk or normal mode your stamina slowly comes back up.

dehydration isn't something that would work well in a game where you're constantly running anyways. i say just limit how long a guy can sprint by using stamina
