CTD while flying is not uncommon. You need to update your graphics drivers. Maybe lower some settings a little.

Not enough memory? There's a lot of building on Beirut, especially near those red dots you marked. Whle flying low your PC has to render one hell of objects. Try lowering textures, see if it helps.
