1. Wrong section of the forums for this

3. I'm pretty sure there is already one in game (I saw an M4 with an EOTech, fired it, feels nice)

There actually was an EOTech version in the earlier 0.95 test builds.

But real Marines said that they have never seen an EOTech on an M16A4, so it got removed again.
