[Help] play model porting

Sorry if this is the wrong place to put this but I am trying to play around with the player models, I would like to use some models I have for css if any way possible to port them over to bf. Or porting them from MW2 itself if possible. I anyone can help me out, where to go to figure this out tuts and such, or if you could do this for me with the css files I have I can give all the files needed for the job. Hope this is possible thanks in advance for any feeback.

this makes me feel stupid but would anyone be able to do this for me? reading that tut just made my brain pop. If anyone would like to take on this task i can give u all the skin files I have, thank in advance for anything you can tell me, maybe a easier way.
