Hi. I was just wondering if there is a way to get Voip working if I forget to plug in my mic before joining a game?
If I plug the mic in after joining a game, the voip doesnt work. Is there a way to get around it without rejoining the game?
How to get Voip working after joining a game?

You might try :
USB Virtual 5.1 3D Sound Card
$11 bucks, but I've seen 'em go for 3 on sale w/t free shipping.
Course it is cheaper to just remember to keep your mike plugged in.

This is probably due to the auto-detection feature of your sound driver software.
Try disabling this feature - this might leave the "Microphone" device active and available all the time within the system's device list rather then switching it on and off every time you plug/unplug your mic.
BF2 uses the default audio device. Make sure the "Microphone" device is also the default recording device when you unplug the mic.
