Does v.95 have these two effects? Like I mean for armor, would a Formal soldier be able to take more hits to the chest than a militia/insurgent group?
For ballistics I mean like bullet speed, do you have to aim a bit in front of a moving target?
Or for grenadier, does the grenade travel a projectile path, meaning can it hit a tree or something on it's way down.
