Incredible ping

I've been playing .95 regularly since its release, but two a break from it a week ago. Now when I try to play again, my ping surges up to 800 or even 900 and fluctuates down to 300 again. My internet is fine, I can browse normally and view videos fine. On other games my ping is the same. It's only on PR and BF2 that my ping is tremendously high. Any ideas on what I can do? Thanks.

Doesn't sound incredible or tremendous, sounds pretty **** tbh.

Have you tried deleting the cache stuff from your User folder?
