Because it is so easy for people who have a mouse with dpi-buttons to raise the dpi I suggest someone to create a code including a maximum turning speed for the cannons of APCs, tanks and pickups with MG's.

the maximum turning speeds have been implemented in 0.95 ... i think i read it somewhere in the changelog.... or at least for certain vehicles.
