PR will not start

Okay, BF2 is installed. BF2 patches are installed. PR 0957 is installed. My laptop is plenty good enough. I can play vanilla BF2 with ease. Also .NET is installed as well.

When I click the PR shortcut, it starts up with the dogtag screen, it stays there for a minute or so, then crashes. I went to the actual directory and tried that app file, same result. What is the deal?

If it makes a difference, this BF2 is cracked, but I can't see how that would make a difference.

Help please?

Must the expansion SF be installed for PR to work?

If you legitimately own the game you don't need to crack it. 1.5 removes the need to have the CD in your tray.

If you do not legitimately own it, this is not the place to be asking for help. We don't offer support for illegal copies of the game.

If you have 1.41 and 1.5 installed, then all of PR (part1, part2, and part3) installed there shouldn't be any problems. You don't need special forces.

Again, if you own the game legit, no need to crack.

Well, as I stated above, I did just that, and it isn't. The game works fine before installing PR. It is similar to the other threads of people having issues with this similar.
