Not Loading into PR Servers

Hi i recently reinstalled BF2 and PR completely to fix a problem i had that didn't let me launch PR after reinstalling i can now launch PR but every time i try to join a server it does not load AT ALL after about 10 minutes it will reach 1% and will stay there for a very long time one night i left it loading on accident and after coming back to my computer 10 hours later it was around 10% anyways Last night i put all my settings to very low and put my resolution at 800x600@75HZ and after i did that i loaded into a game just fine idk if it was just luck or if that did anything at all but now the next day i can no longer join games and am having the same problem i just explained. My computer specs are:

Windows 7 64-bit 3.4GHZQuadcore 4GB of Ram GTX 260

Not sure if i forgot anything if you need anymore info i will be checking this forum every 10-20 minutes any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Changing the Video settings forced reoptimizing the shaders. Maybe this can give us a hint.
Try clearing your BF2 shader cache. There might be some kind of corruption going on.

Also if you redownloaded the files double check that they are not corrupted (MD5 sum or the likes).

Disable all security suites for testing purposes.
