Re: I installed everything but...
Wow, calm down. You waited 7 minutes before posting again.. There is no need to double post, you just need a tiny bit of patience.
About youor problem: Im pretty sure all you need to do is run PR in compatability with XP. To do that you need to right click on the PR shortcut on your desktop, select "compatability" and here choose "windows XP".
At the same time you could try running the game as an admin as well. (That option is in the bottom of "compatability".)
Next time you should first try searching for the answer. (i dont think that would take very long)
And secondly you should post this in the "support" section..
Good luck.

Try runing Battlefield 2 Vanilla just before you run PR!
You probably instaled everything and get straight to pr without giving the BF2 a chance to create the files that pr needs to run!
Man i'am having issues to but dont give up becouse last night was the best night of PR ever!
Pure Teamplay!
I play on the Click21 server!
Good luck man...

Forget I figured it out. I had to create an account in BF2 and then I went to start up PR. This is very important for newbies. Add that to the installation guide.

well that is one of the things the devs would have assumed the player already has is an account. I've never heard of someone jumping into a mod without having first played the original game before. I did buy BF2 just to play PR but thats because i threw out my disks a long time ago when i got bored with it.agentcell wrote:Forget I figured it out. Information in the hands of a critical thinker is invaluable, information alone is simply dangerous.

"I love the smell of napalm in the morning. You know, one time we had a hill bombed, for 12 hours. When it was all over, I walked up. We didn't find one of 'em, not one stinkin' dink body. The smell, you know that gasoline smell, the whole hill. Smelled like... victory. Someday this war's gonna end... "

Re: Problem launching PR
Whoops sorry guys one more important question. Where is the mouse rotation movement button control setting? Please reply. I think this is my last question. You guys have been helpful. I'll test out the Alt fire to see if that is the aim button in the game.
