Update Server List problems

hey guys, I was playing earlier, got disconnected and went to join another game and i have no servers. My speed is good and normal as always, but I have NO PR servers and if I load Vbf2 I see theirs, but the pings are REALLY high. WTF.

EDIT: I see all the other threads about it now. But even in favorites I have nothing.
