[?] Best terrain program?

Hey, I have been having a hard time get my terrain to look how I want it. What program do you use to make your terrain (color/detail maps) with ? I have been trying to get this rite for a long time now. Thanks man

I would recomend using Geocontrol2. It is very user friendly and makes the best detail and color maps. Heres what 20 mins looks like. Never seen deserts so real in PR... The pic is in bf2 editor btw
