[0957] Enemy name tags when wounded

Description:
Can see enemy name tags in wounded cam if the enemy is standing and walking over the wounded camera's FOV.

Steps to Reproduce:
Get wounded and have an enemy walk over you, doesn't always happen.

All settings Medium although I doubt it matters.

I've seen this a few times over the years...

It seems like enemy name tags weren't turned off completely, but their 'show radius' was put to like 0.5m or something. I propose this is the case because if you ninja up to a tank and sit atop it for some time, if you look down you'll actually be able to see who is crewing the tank.

I've also shadowed a guy for quite some time with an enemy kit and when I went right up to him, for a split second a red name came up, although it went away really quickly.

Yes, enemy names are still there when you are very very close to them for some time. Means if you're lucky, you actually know whom you just backstabbed when you do

Not a bug. You still see the enemy name tag as long as you stare at them for a while and they are really close to you.
