You need a PSU, and an optical drive (if you plan on using CDs).
I'd check your case's form factor to make sure your motherboard will fit.

Re: New Computer!! :D
And for your Optical Drive get a fair speed....maybe 24x CD/DVD one....you need it basically
And not meaning to sound ******, but you know how to work with the tech side of PCs..ie BIOS and stuff, just in case of any problems.
And one more bit of advice, don't get to excited, new builds bring out many different types of emotions, it might work(usually does) but in the case it doesn't don't get discouraged.
*EDIT*
Now this is a big thing
You Operating System
If you go for a 64 Windows 7....thats liek 100 bucks right there
Be wary dude, make sure to triple check all your math, if you dont mind post it on here so we can help aswell....i saw you looking for around 500-550
Mobo- 100
VC- 130
RAM- 85
PSU- 60
CPU- 180
Total for what you have there is 555 NOT including Shipping or rebates etc
add on 100 bucks for an OS
20 bucks for a random CD/DVD thing
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=6078414&Sku=A455-5022
Plus anything else I've missed you up into the 700 buck range, so you bascially have 2 options
a)Crank up the spending amount
b) Tone down some stuff you have,(you CPU could be a Quad, VC could wait for Xmas or something)
Now my disclaimer,
These are my thoughts, if you do not wish to listen, no one is forcing you, Other members may feel free to add on to what i have said, I"M NOT AN EXPERT, do not quote me, double check your work.

Re: New Computer!! :D
1) I already have an OS. I have a copy of WIN 7 ultimate 64 bit. So we dont need to add it on.
2) When I orignally made my shopping list it was black friday.(the mobo was like 60 not 100) And Tigerdirect ALWAYS has sales, especially for Christmas (which is when im getting it). During black friday all of that added up to about $495 and im hoping for even more sales during xmas.
3) thank you for all ur help, ur a good advisor!
