Kokan buildings

Post by Wh33lman »

whoever made it gets an A for ingenuity, but a D in execution.

i love the complexity that comes from stacking them on top or each other, and that fact that there are so many locked door makes it hard from someone to sneak in. the problem is that most of them arent alligned well enough to walk from one to another without jumping all the time. and when you do jump, you hit your head on a door frame and get sent right back out.

Yeah I don't think their creator thought someone would use them to build 2+ story buildings.

They also seem completely impervious to mortar/grenade/.50 cal fire through the walls. Every one of them is a fortress (excluding the windows/doors of course). I think that the building needs to have the material of the houses on Lashkar and al Basrah, so that when mortars blow up outside, you are somewhat protected, but you still take some damage, and eventually the structure itself can be destroyed.

Or is this not possible due to the number of statics placed inside the buildings???

Well, I don't know exactly how well it would work, but I thought I'd just give my opinion that the buildings are, in my opinion, too indestructible at this point in time.

i actually kind of like the indestructibility of the buildings. you cant just hit them with the Kiowa and then roll in when everybodies dead. you need to use teamwork in the form of long range fire support from humvees and the Bradly to suppress the enemy and give friendly units a chance to move in. after that, it turns into a very close quarters fight. it keeps things interestering for both teams.

And what kind of material all chairs there made? Some bulletproof alloy? :) 2 enemies survived behind them when i shot the whole M4 magazine from VERY close distance.
Why skirmish maps become more buggy and unbalanced from release to release?!
skirmish <3. nothing else but rifle, mates, mumble and skill.
