[0957d][Minor]Beirut helipad reload problem.

Description:
The havoc can't be reloaded on the additional helipad on the east side of the ship.

Steps to Reproduce:
Load up Beirut 32, try to reload the havoc where it spawns. It works fine on the actual deck.

Beirut AAS-32, Tacticalgamer.com PR v0.957d

This might be relevant even though it was recorded on the 64 layer and in the previous version, showing the same problem with the cow.
