Gaza Beach AA Emplacement?

I'm wondering whats with the radio static when you enter the AA emplacement i the city as IDF ? What is the radio static for ? I have searched for it on the forums but i didn't find anything.

Its for the general feel of the area, nothing special or gameplay related..think of it as some buried radio or something :)

Once time I crashed a Namer into it and blew up 0_0 One deadly radio....
