You are all forgetting they have a crate. A crate which probably contains enough material and ammo to fund a small rebellion. Crates are a simulation of having the necessary supplies, if you can build a base I'm sure you can find a H-AT. Plus, IRL FOBs aren't defended by 6 guys.
