Its a big deal right now and I want to know your thoughts on it, and I can tell you personally that how the whole thing will end up turning out means quite a lot to me. This topic can go wherever anyone feels it should go. Tell me how you feel about everything. Do you support it or not? Why or Why not? Talk about Government, and what they've been doing, and whether its wrong or right. Talk about the war, and how this effects it. Etc. Etc. Etc.

Wikileaks hasn't leaked anything new. Personally, I knew most of the stuff : Arab States being Against Iran, US killing civilians in Iraq and Afghanistan, and so on..

Although I might say that I didn't know the Lebanese Govt helped Israel against Hezbollah during the 2006 war.

But what they leak isn't TOP secret. They didn't leak CIA files, or information about nuclear facilities. Most of the stuff should already be known to public.

I support it, since it's Freedom of Speech. And I hate the Govt anyway. The war? Well, Taliban didn't commit 9-11 , Al Qaeda is in Pakistan. Was Afghanistan a Safe Haven for Osama Bin Laden ? Probably. But the US governmentt doesn't want Bin Laden dead. If you don't believe me go read " Kill Osama Bin Laden".

I'm more interested in talking about the government reaction to it really, then the actual content they released.

It's hard to tell. What is the governments motive ?

I believe the govt is controlled by corporations, hence why the Federal Reserve bank exists even if it's totally unconstitutional.

I also read somewhere that Wikileaks is a set up by the CIA so that the Government can use the leaks as a 9-11 of Internet and eliminate free speech in the Internet by regulating it. That's also a possibility. The Internet is a powerful tool for freedom of information, it definitely is on the govt hit list.
