Re: Can my PC run this?
You should be able to run it quite well. The only problem I can see is the graphics card possibly, other than that the specs seem fine.
I'm guessing this is a laptop?

Re: Can my PC run this?
Possibly too low on memory. Your card will definatly handle BF2 and PR, just not sure how high you could push the graphics.
Only reason I thought it was a laptop was because of the compact graphics card fitted.
So bottom line is, it will run PR.

Re: Can my PC run this?
The processor on this rig is awful, I don't recommend it.
You should get a custom build, You can have pretty decent ones for little money, And you'll save money too.

Re: Can my PC run this?
Well, i have no knowledge of doing custom builds. I am looking for desktops or towers by itself to handle PR.
Do you recommend any? Price range around 500 - 800 $ US.

I'll check out newegg, They got interesting builds sometimes that are quite cheap. And since its holidays soon, They probably have good discounts too.Dirtguy wrote:Well, i have no knowledge of doing custom builds. I am looking for desktops or towers by itself to handle PR.

Stay tuned.
EDIT : Well first PC I find and it looks quite nice. The graphics card ain't the best but it could run PR like a charm.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6883227290
550$, You save 80$ off the original price, And shipping is free!
RE-EDIT : It should do a great job on handling your other needs, I don't know what you want to do apart from gaming but I think this machine would be perfect for you.
RE-EDIT Again : Oh and since your budget can go up to 800$, I've read the reviews and reviews says that the PSU fan is loud and the graphic card is no good for new games, So if you buy this PC and you think PR could run faster, You could upgrade the GPU as well as the PSU, Shouldn't cost more than 125$.

Re: [Vista] Can my PC run this? (PR:BF2)
moved to a more appropriate section
side note: the suggested rig is better price/value than the one suggested before
However it is missing the 20" display
